WhatsApp Rolls Out One Account on Multi-Devices Feature

WhatsApp rolls out much sort after feature to use one account on multiple phones!

Great news for WhatsApp users! The messaging service, owned by Meta, is now expanding its multi-device feature. This means that you can access and send messages from additional smartphones, in addition to your primary phone, Android tablets, browsers, or computers. The feature will be available to everyone in the coming weeks.

Setting up the multi-device feature is simple. After installing the app on your secondary phone, select the “link to existing account” option instead of entering your phone number during setup. This generates a QR code to scan with your primary phone through the “link a device” option in settings. The feature is available for both iOS and Android devices.

This feature is great for small businesses with multiple employees who need to send and receive messages from the same business number on different phones. But it’s also useful for anyone who uses multiple smartphones and wants to associate them all with the same WhatsApp account.

Messages will sync between devices, regardless of their operating system, so you can easily see your chat history and send messages from either phone. The feature is end-to-end encrypted, ensuring the security of your personal messages. So, no more workarounds to access the same WhatsApp account on multiple phones via WhatsApp Web in a browser. This official support is far more seamless and useful.
